As a business-oriented research institute equipped with modern technology, the TITK develops innovative materials or complete manufacturing processes for

- lifestyle-products.
Roundabout 220 employees are part of the TITK-Group, that includes the institute and two subsidiaries. The smartpolymer Ltd. concentrates on producing and selling TITK developments.
Testing services for textiles, fibre composite materials and plastics are provided by OMPG mbH (accredited testing laboratory according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025)
